Knott's Scary Farm is a fun entertaining amusement park, but they need to have increased security available. On 10/11/09 I witnessed a teenage girl screaming for help because her friend was passed out on the ground. One of Knott's employees dressed as a monster was attempting unsuccessfully to help. Digital River of Luxembourg, processing company [?] for Symantek software charged more than $800 in unauthorized charges to my debit card. I didn't order any software, the charges just suddenly appeared. So far I have been unable to contact any human in reference to the unauthorized charges. The charges still continue to appear although I have cancelled the debit card. If Digital River is processing your order, I would advise not to order. I started recieving magazines from the My Magazine Club when I didnt even order any magazines. I tried to call the customer service phone number and was put on hold and at the end the recording says "that extension is not available". My complaint is about the untrue complaint already listed. I have been on this company's tours several times by myself and with friends. I have found this tour and it's operators to be outstanding. We have seen Manatee, Dolphins (on several occasions) and numerous other wildlife species including Roseatte Spoonbills by the flock. Received DVD (Picket Fence Series) Tapes are obvisouly copied from a normal TV show. The quality of the DVD's Disk 1 started out snowy and after a few minutes stop playing. 2nd Disk won't play at all. No phone number other than email to contact; this is a poor way of doing business. Went into the restaurant to enquire abt vegetarian food.The waitress showed sign of annoyance after asking just a few questions. We too were scammed - we ordered the Judging Amy series. We received it but all are pirated copies - most dont work and the ones that do are poor copies with ads that miss the beginning of episode. I have tried emailing them for months to no avail. Have had a dispute in with NAB bank since 5/5/09 who told me today that because i have not returned the item, the money cannot be refunded and now it is too late to take further action. I was trying to resolve an issue with a driver after updating my computer to Windows 7 and this website kept popping up. It was supposed to be the way to fix the driver problem. I clicked on the icon to purchase and it was supposed to be for $29.95 - I chose Paypal for payment and it went to a payment of $39.95. We went with Direct TV from cable and when we signed up they said we would have all the channels we originally had plus extra channels. To make a long story short, in Kenosha, WI, you lose all the Chicago channels. That would be channels 2, 5, 7, 8, 9, 13 which means today we are not watching the Minnesota / Pittsburg game. We do have the option to record it for $40.00. U-verse has these channels but Direct TV doesn't so buyer beware. There is no contract which is what they stated to us. I ordered a game - Mah Jong Quest - from the Shockwave website. The website did NOT indicate that the game would download as a Windows application. Since I was downloading it to a Mac, it was was incompatible. Within a few minutes of downloading, I notified Shockwave and told them to cancel my order.
