I have recieved five books from the book club that I did not order, the first three books claimed to be free(they are about quilting which I do not do.) I have signed up for a Date and Dash event in Alexandria, VA in Feb'10. Instead of the promised $35USD fee they fraudulently charged my card $115 USD. Every morning when I visit this Menands Dunkin Donuts the service is very bad. The manager and some other people are already in the back of the store smoking and the line is long inside and outside going thru the drive thru. This is very bad business, alot of my co-worker tell me that they always get the incorrect order when they go thru the drive thru. I paid £175 for a recording studio experience. At the end of it, I was given a Tesco CD-R CD that wouldn't work on a CD player, only a PC. I contacted the company for a refund. They refused, claiming that the experience was what I'd paid my money for; the CD was simply an ancillary factor. Eventually, when I took my complaint to Buyagift.com, thecompany who'd arranged for the experience, they agreed to re-send CD's that did work.
