All software received was counterfeit. Product was shipped from China wrapped in a garbage bag. This company operates out of China. Adobe indicated product was copies and unsupported. Bidsofts.com refused to provide a refund. This company only accepts PayPal and PayPal recommends filing a police report but decined to credit your card back and referres you to your bank. My wife received a bill many months ago for a book and I paid the bill thinking it was for a book she ordered. It turned out she did NOT order the book, it was unsolicited, and she was irate at being scammed. My error in paying the bill caused the company to do it AGAIN and this time she has filed a better business bureau complaint (bbb.org). This company claim to be a Microsoft Gold Partner, Microsoft has never heard of them. They are fraudulent. They allowed me to download the product, all looked good, payment was taken from my card, then when running the product, there is no product key. The phone number listed for support goes into a message service at all hours of the day and night, it doesn't allow you to leave a message, just tells you to send in a query on the website. Today my family and I patroned the Ripe Tomato Restaurant in Malta, NY for a buffet. We were charged $44.90 for two adult buffets and one junior buffet. I have used Webroots for years, and also advised many of my friends to purchase it. The product has worked OK. It does let some viruses through. When I loaded Avira on my system and scanned it found several viruses that Webroot Spysweeper didn't even know existed. But my real complaint is there service. After problems with the backup option of their software (which has never worked by the way) I called the support line.
