Same scam as the other complaint listed here. Promises to send you a ghost written manuscript after you provide initial deposit. You send the deposit. Then the problems start. Cannot deliver the manuscript - computer problems, mail problems, family problems, etc. You ask for a refund after trying to work with the guy for a couple months and bam. as I was scanning pictures into my computer for a client, in order to make a memory book, the product popped up and allowed me to make an album - it was a free trial. after spending several hours on it, it timed out and said I had to upgrade for $29.95. so I did and paid this with my credit card. next time i went to access scrapbook, it again said I had to pay $29.95 as if i didn't already pay, even though i have a confirmation number. customer service was conveniently unavailable and i was unable to do anything about it. now, the next day, i can't figure out what to do. read full review »

I took my 4 children plus 2 others to your Margate establishment on Wednesday night and was discussted with the service. We all ate there and my child's dinner had to be taken back twice as the chicken nuggets where raw and was told chicken should be pink. This was appalling, the desserts came out and once they had finally got the order right two desserts were burnt. I find this extremely discusting and would hope that this can be corrected. We bought a Panasonic Tv 19th June 2008, the TV was sold with a 5 year warranty. We completed the warranty form and sent it of to Panasonic, we received a reminder a coouple of weeks ago to tell us that or 12 month warranty had expired, after speaking with Panasonic we were told that had we not had a reply in 40 days we should have contacted them, unbeknowns to us we should have read the small print. We paid for a TV and 5 year warranty, we have spoken with Martin Dawes and Panasonic who have been less than helpful. can you tell us where we stand with this we only want what we have paid for. May 27, 2009 I belong to a Bible study group that was interested in 2 books by Joanna Weaver. They were advertised at $3.99 per book or $5.89 for large print. I wanted 6 of each book. My complaint is about menu changes at Chilli's restaurants. The first major change was their chilli recipe. For years, Chilli's claimed that real chilli was made without beans. Now they have changed the recipe to where the chilli is mostly beans. The new recipe is terrible in taste and very pasty in texture. The sandwich menu has also changed. The cajun chicken sandwich, one of their best non-burger choices is no longer offered. I am reluctant to return to Chilli's because the quality and consistency are no longer there. We just got a Redbox put in our Wal-Mart and decided to check it out since it was cheap. We used our debit card and was charged correctly for 2 movies. Since I began using Zone Alarm Security Suite, I have had frequent occasions when the Zone Alarm vsmon.exe process completely takes over the CPU and all other work becomes impossible for long stretches of time. I have followed all the advice on the Zone Alarm site for optimizing settings and so on, but to no avail. This is happening even when Zone Alarm is *not* scanning for viruses or the like. This portable DVD player does not play all DVD's. There are certian Fox and Panasonic produced DVD's that it will refuse to play.
