I purchased and downloaded this software, (Pinnacle Studio V12.1 Ultimate) which would not install. I spent hours on the phone with tech support, to no avail. Finally, I purchased the DVD disk of the software, which was shipped, and installed properly. Today, Digitalriver sent me an e-mail, advising me that the download was defective, and instructing me to re-download the original purchase. Since by now I had received the DVD disk that I purchased, I had no need to re-download the original software. I requested the Digitalriver refund the original download price, and they refused. Composite Effects
After visiting the compositeeffects website ( also known as cfx masks ) I was impressed with the pictures of their masks and the quality of the paint jobs. These masks are quite expensive compared to regular latex masks, but I really wanted to get something top notch.

on 2-12-2009 I purchased powerdvd SE with the extended download option.after submitting 4 different support tickets to them in the last 4 days, I still have not gotten any responce from them.I guess they want me to buy thier phone service at a cost of $30 for 60 days to make them feel like they should respond. Well I am not going to buy the phone service sence it is probley as bad as thier support ticket program. But I will file a complaint with every consumer board and web site i can find. Burger King Kid's Meal
Who in the world thought it would be a good idea to advertise a kid's meal by focusing on "booty"? For heaven's sake, you're targeting young children! This commercial goes far beyond inappropriate. Don't we have a difficult enough time teaching our children to respect others without Burger King literally throwing booty in their faces? I will never do business with Burger King again as long as you continue this unwholesome advertising. I'm sure that many, many others feel the same way. on Feb. 13, o9 I ordered 5 DVD sets from this site. I sent a money
order for the sum of $159.95 to cover the cost. It is now April 30
and still no products have arrived. I tried unsuccessfully several
times to contact this fellow, first by E-mail then by letter. Not
so much as a peep from the guy which leads me to assume he is
nothing but a scam artist.
I would warn anybody thinking of doing business with this guy

Time-Warner Cable
I just got cable and internet installed. When I signed up online I was billed that day for a month of service. This was a WEEK BEFORE installation and setup. After the installation I was billed another $20 dollars PLUS tax on that and the month of service I was pre-charged for. These fee should have been displayed INITIALLY. It's these kinds of deceptive practices that make me want to use another cable/internet provider, but Time-Warner has a MONOPOLY in my town. read full review »

SAMSUNG 52" TELEVISION
I purchased a SAMSUNG 52 inch television from Best Buy and they sold me a four year contract with Geek Squad. Three months have I purchased the television the video died. I contacted Best Buy and they sent out one of their techs from Geek Squad. The first words out of the "tech" was I didn't know Samsung made TVs this big. He brought with him a notebook and a pencil. Received after 3 1/2 weeks, looked over product and attempted to return...was told the 30 days was up and couldn't be returned. On April 6, 2009 I ordered a set of dvd's - Friday the thirteenth the series from TV Mania. They finally sent me 2 e-mails that they received my order. On my bank statement which I received to today, they took the money from my bank account on April 8, 2009 in totals of $57.94 and
58 cents for foreign transaction fee with the name:

I received an email from AT&T informing me I had been awarded $25 gift certificate for opting to use their no-paper email billing system. Great! When I went on line I discovered the rip off.
In order to use the certificate one had to choose a restaurant. Despite the fact that there were no restaurants near where I live, I scoped out those in cities I could drive to. My husband recently bought me the box set of the complete tv episodes of Bronco Layne. Most of the dvd's are unwatchable, the sound and vision is totally distorted. Non of them are ok, some can be watched a bit. It is obvious they have been copied directly from the tv. Even the dvd labels have hand written numbers on them. In the advert it states ' brand new, excellent sound and vision quality'. We have a subscription to Norton Internet Security that we renew every year via Symantec Corp. The terms of our renewal has ALWAYS been on our time frame. We have NEVER signed up for automatic renewal because of limited funds on a daily basis, sooo... we would renew our subscription WHEN we had the money in our bank account.
