I've written and published a book through PageFree Publishing close to 3 years ago and did not have the best experience, nor have I ever recieved any type of royalties or been given any sales data regarding the book's sales performance through the various websites through which its posted. The publishing experience which was originally supposed to take a couple months turned into close to a year through no fault of my own when trying to get it in print. I really thought textbook wheel would be legit since I got it on my email (not in my spam folder, which usually works pretty well) at the same time my classes were about to be done so I thought it would be one of those business the university recommends. Two books were sent to my son, thin Dr. Seuss books I might have found at the dollar store, along with a bill for over$25. I emailed them to tell them if they wanted their unsolicited shipment back, to send me prepaid postage. Weeks later, they did, so I sent the books back within a day of recieving the postage. Every day this program tried to run a "scan" in my computer and would tell me I had all manner of things wrong and want to "correct them and clean them" and it was a hoax. It's supposed to be healthy and custom made, but what I've received was very stale, and it looks like the prawns they've used were frozen and unfrozen many times over. I'm pretty tolerable to food usually, but I simply couldn't eat it. I've signed up for a month, but after 2 of their meals I couldn't take it anymore. I tried to use the free grilled chicken meal coupon and was told by Mike, the manager, that they would not honor it because people were stealing by printing multiple coupons. I thought that is why they are bar-coded and numbered and you're only allowed to print once. My complaint is with the Krystals Restaurant of Decherd, TN. Every time my family goes there to enjoy a meal, it never is fully enjoyed because of the many who think this is a hangout for smokers(and believe it or not, everytime I go in, it is the same group, so I don't think I am the only one who feels this way). Our recent visit to Rainbow Restaurant on North Elm Street in Torrington, CT was a very bad experience. Upon making reservations for six people we were told there would be no problem. When we arrived at the restaurant no one knew of a reservation for us. One of our people was handicapped and we had to wait about 45 minutes to be seated. Here's the thing. We have Mediacom phone service, high speed internet and 6 televisions. Two of our television sets have expanded cable. The four that do not, now have no way of knowing what programs are on unless we go to the internet to find your daily programming guide that is too long to print out.
