They are selling faulty Creative Zen mp3 players. I spent a couple hundred dollars on two Creative Zens - 4G and a 16G. BOTH players froze up within 1 month of having them. When I contacted customer support I received a generic reply with some things I could do to try and fix the problem. I had an error message and I searched the internet and the " computer gurus" said RegCur would fix it. I went to the RegCur site and they scanned but said it would only fix the thousands of errors for $9.95. It said the money could be refunded if it didn't work. Waited 4 hours for Connect TV (DirecTv contractor) to come install a new line. Showed up @ 359 pm (window was 12-4) took one look at the dish and said he could not touch it because the last installer installed dish in the wrong place. Left in 5 minutes with a promise that his supervisor would call me in an hour. No phone call going on second day. I purchased a gift subscription for this magazine in November 2008 and just found out it was never received. This subscription was bought through a local high promotion, and the voucher that indicated that I paid was sent as directed, to Magazine Portfolio, PO Box 61383, Tampa, Florida, 33661-1383. It was only recently that I asked my friends how they liked the magazine (having forgotten that I gave it to them last year). and they responded "What magazine?" Is there any recourse for me? I've signed up for a CWNA class at the www.techskills.com campus in San Jose, California. The tution was quoted with the textbook provided by the school. When I started the class, an outdated paper text was LOANED to me and the instructor gave me an even older pdf version that he downloaded from the Internet. STAY FAR AWAY FROM OVERSTOCK DISTRIBUTING. Shipping from this company took 3 weeks, only to find that item received was faulty. Would not respond to Emails until a paypal claim was made. Ravi Kabob is located at 305 N. Glebe Rd. Arlington, VA 22203 and their phone number is 703.522.6666. They have 2 more branches of their restaurant in VA. We have been going there for few years now and the main problem is that they have been charging us a lot more than the actual bill. Each time we eat over there, we realize that they charge us 10-25% more than the actual check. They just take cash (no credit cards or personal checks) and on the top they never give you the receipt. I preordered The Sims 3 Collector's Edition from the EA store back on the first of February. It was released in early June. They charged my Paypal account the day I ordered, but it is now June 16th, and the order is STILL in process. I contacted them via telephone, and they said that there were so many orders they were behind. However, the item has been in department stores for well over a week now! Just before signing up to subscribe to their porn movie download service, I created a brand new email account. That account was used for nothing else before or since subscribing to their service, so they are the only ones who knew of its existence. Beware of this company and its software. They give you a sweet sales pitch saying that the trading software find plenty of trades and it will only take you about 20mins 2 times per week to make trades. The software does find plenty of trades however they hardly ever match with the bets on the bookies websites. The software is slow to pick up the changes on bookies sites. You can easily waste 3 hours looking for bets to verify. The sales pitch is nothing like what the system actually does. I purchased a 50" Magnavox plasma TV and extended warrenty and the tv is blinking red lights and will not come on. I have contacted Magnavox because that is where the information packet for the warrenty is from. I have called them and they cannot find the extended warrenty anywhere in their system. I bought two TV's in 2007 from Kmart in Defiance, Ohio. Both boxes were labeled with the words "digital tuner". When I bought them, I specifically looked for TV's with digital tuners.
