upromise.com has been pushing its relationship with restaurant.com. After making a purchase of gift certificates (upromise.com promotes this heavily) I found that no gift certificates were ever provided. No web page popped up with gift certificates and no gift certificates are listed under my recent purchases. I googled "restaurant.com complaints" only to find that this has been a common issue. Worse, I have been trying to contact restaurant.com since last week. Their two phone numbers are constantly busy and they have not returned email inquiries. I found that perfect optimizer had great ratings and looked as though to be the real deal. Well I bought my computer 3 months ago and wanted something that will keep it going at top speed. As it usually follows, I was contacted by phone by an agent asking me if I was interested in earning an extra income at a work from home internet based selling Direct TV/Dish Network Satellite Equipment. Heartland, Inc. is a telemarketing firm that sells magazines subscriptions. They call me at home and on my cell phone. I also am on the Federal and State Do Not Call List. I purchased four magazines Oprah, Good Housekeeping, Ladies Home Journal and More. There must be more than one of these types of companies because currently I have two orders from one company and two orders from Heartland. I ordered last January 2008 through a Elementary school 2 magazines with magselect. One was for 10 issues and one was for 20 issues. When I didn't receive my December Issue of the one with 20 issues. I called the phone # provided and the representative said that was the Double issue, he then double-checked and said the double issue would be January/February and that they would send me the December issue. I made reservations 3 weeks in advance for 15 for lunch at 12 o'clock noon at the Granaray on Saturday, May 15, 2004. I booked 1st Rate Digital Services to move an internet & BT line, fit a large TV bracket to the wall and attach the TV hide wires, and tune home cinema. The Drexelbrook community management has a contract with RCN as the sole provider of cable services to the community residents (1223 individual apartments). I had dirrect tv for eight years. The service was ok; we did loose signal when it rained or if there was a strong wind. Subway Sandwiches overcharges for their value meals. The nationally advertised price for a value meal is $5.00. When I purchased two value meals I was charged $11.18, or $5.59 per meal. They tried to explain the reason for the different charge but it made no sense at all. I contacted Subway by email and the store owner called to try and explain the reason. I have been watching the scheduled programme Police, camera, action on ITV tonight to find Gethin the presenter to be breathalized in a controlled experiment. After several times of being breathalized after each lap and driving after a drink to see that after his last vodca and coke (double) he was still under the drink drive limit. Parents pay good money for duel passes to play this online game and the server does not work properly. Kids go to compete in tournaments and can not connect. They register their time in PDT and obviously do not know about world wide time because then the tournaments will start an hour to two hours earlier than posted time. I rented movie DVD's from Shalimar grocery and the print was not good. So I asked them if it's pirated of not, they straight away said that it's pirated and when I told them that it's not right and I will file a complaint, they just said okay you can file a complaint. Piracy is a legal crime and should be taken seriously. I urge authorities to take preventative action to stop this kind of crime. I hope to see some action here soon.
