Another crook from outside the U.S. advertising complete and uncut collections of episodes of popular television series for sale. Ordered Bonanza" and "The High Chaparral" -- both came with episodes containing the logos of the TV stations they were recorded off the air from: TV LAND, HALLMARK channels. Epsodes were NOT uncut and were of inferior quality, and some even contained promos for other shows on TV LAND and HALLMARK! Not to long ago I download the free version of Stopzilla in order to take care of certain problems I was having with my computer. The advertisement said it took care of all spyware, adware and malware that was on your computer. At the time I didn't have the money to buy a well known program like spyware doctor (which I have now)
After taking about 20mins to download and to set up, I started it and after 5mins of scanning It said it found 10 "infections".

a chick i am dating from Cost Rica, told me very simply that as an ex employee of Absolute poker, she used to sit in ring games and win while hole cards were visible to her.
Her limits were 2/4 NL and there was over 60 people at any given time doing the same thing.
She has no reason to lie to me, she left on good terms but she is now a resident of the USA so she couldn't care less.
I ask myself if Poker Stars does the same thing, I play there and do pretty good so I assume they are more legit?

Cenco Magazine Company
This magazine company has been a scam from the beginning. I had to pay a couple of months before I had even received the magazines. I discovered that it was much cheaper to order the magazine sucscriptions individually and attempted to cancel the subscription with the company. They stated that they had no cancelation policy. I also noticed that the 3 years with them was up, but still there was over $400 left that they said that I owe. I have never signed anything or received any terms of service. I RESEARCHED THIS COMPANY AND FOUND NOTHING BUT NEGATIVE REVIEWS OF THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES.
I AM PLANNING ON WAITING THE 90 DAY PERIOD, AND THEN PROCEEDIING WITH ACTION TO RETAIN MY 82 DOLLAR AMOUNT FOR THE TWO MAGAZINES.

I'm posting this for everyone to see. This is a copy of what I sent the company. I am 100% NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE.
I ate dinner at your Yuma location today (1/9/09) and I had the worst possible dining experience ever. We had a party of 6 and we ordered food sometime around 7:30pm. We waited for our food for about 2 hours. I watched other diners come and go, and similar tables of 6 who were seated well after us and left well before we did. Save your money and search on the internet for product recommendations. Consumer Reports is a joke. We bought a washer and dryer, Frigidaire, that they recommended and both are total pieces of garbage. Both have been repaired many times and still work marginally at best.
We also bought a Schwinn elliptical (a CR best buy) and it lasted less time than a Pro-Form treadmill which most people acknowledge is a piece of junk. The elliptical was used probably 20 times since we have it and now it sits in the basement inoperative. I tried to call... read full review »

I ordered Americas Secret Cash Giveaways book on Jan 26, 2009. My money was taken but I have yet to see the book or the 18 free other books that were supposed to come with it.
I can not find a way to get ahold of them. They are truly rip-off artists. Consumers beware.
I want either the book or a refund of my money.

I just had a horrible experience with the Carnival cruise lines (Elation). We had a party of 32 people. Departed Sunday 2/15/09 at 5:30 pm. I was impressed with the room setting. We had 5 people in my cabin (U197) 6th floor. There were 2 above pull out beds one king size bed and a cot. I slept on the cot which was extremely comfortable. I bought a Sharp AQUOS 65" lcd TV [LC-C6554u] from this company .The TV was listed as new, the salesman told me it was new BUT it was not new! It was rebuilt by Sharp.I have a case number with Sharp[4961181] .I believe this is something this company is doing on a regular basis. I would have never known the TV was not new if it had not been defective.It has been over two months since I received the TV .I have called this company over a dozen times, they still have never called me. Stardock/Tweak Vista
I was having issues with my PC and found a software called Tweak Vista. Well when I saw that you had to use their downloader "Impulse" I should have stopped there. Tweak Vista cost me $19.99 and after using as instructed my PC booted to more errors than pre Tweak Vista. I went to a restore point in Vista and asked for a refund, they responded with a link to their refund policy. Which in a nutshell wants you to debug their software. DO not use IrepairSquad. They completely ignored what I told them the MP3 was doing and charged me over $50 to replace a $5 battery, which didn't fix the problem, causing me to return it with the original complaint, where they charged me for another repair--prepay, and dropped off the face of the earth for several months ignoring my calls and emails. I was wondering why on the Family meal the sign states 2 large sides. Every time I buy at this location they charge an extra .40 for the beans and rice. They explained it is due to the high cost of beans. When you get your order there is about a tablespoon of beans and the rest is dry rice. How can you advertise 2 large sides included and then turn around and charge extra. $.40 cents is much unless you add up how many customers are done this way.

Playgirl Magzine closes their business and I still have an unused subscription of one year worth $40.00. They ask me to submit a form whether to cancel or continue with online ssubscription. I chose to have my money being refunded. They kept on telling me that the refund check is on the way but until now, I have not rec eived anything from the mail. Now, they are passing me from one company to another, giving me telephone numbers that is being answered by the machine.

Reg/Cure & ParetoLogic
I got suckered into buying Reg/Cure and ParetoLogic Privacy Controls after using the "free" download. Now I cannot get ParetoLogic out of my Programs. I have emailed them and now they have asked me to use Print Scr to send them exactly what I detailed for them in the first place. I reinstalled it thinking that maybe it didn't install properly in the first place. Now it is in my Programs twice and I can't get either of them out. Reg/Cure and ParetoLogic slow the computer down and are a waste of $'s. Try Glary Utilities. It's free and it works. read full review »
Norton - Symantec
Norton have automatically taken payment £68.04 from my credit card without my authorisation. They sate this is for antivirus software but I do not require this renewal and nolonger have the computer for which I originally purchased the software.
They are fraudulently using my original purchase deatils without my authority.
A similar charge was made to my Grandfather only last month by Norton, again for a renewal that was not required and a payment that was not authorised.

I sent Hilltop Records a cd and lyric sheets of four songs for there review. Hilltop Records sent out a contract for one of my songs. I'm not interested in their contract, and would like all of my material (cd, lyrics) returned asap. I sent a second envelope stating my request, along with self addressed postage/envelope.
