I had an agreement with them to take £72.00 per year from my account in September each year. However, they took £72.00 in March 09 (six months early). I phoned on three occassions and each time they gave excuses and promised to re-pay the amount. It never came so I wrote to them on 1st June 09. However, still no response. I have cancelled my Direct Debit Mandate, but I would like my money back. I purchased a 42" Plasma television model pl4260n made by HP from Circuit City, apparently HP used subparts for the manufacturing of this television because it only lasted little over two years and I have read forums of people having similar complaints and HP refuses to replace the parts free of charge or replace the TV altogether. It is not surprise Six Flags has filed bankruptcy. They have adopted the model of airline companies where they treat their customers poorly and develop deceptive practices to attract customers. Six Flags Over Georgia promotes everyone pays kids price. What they fail to tell you is that the ticket needs to be purchased on the web. There is no mention of this on the web. The Local Searh Engine JUST DIAL, India represented that its next addition of yellow pages will come out in March 2009 and the booking is about to close in November, 2008. We booked 3 ads in it and till date there is no news of yellow pages. it apppeas that the company has gobbled up the money and is not having enough advertisers to publish the yellow pages. It is also pertinent to note that yellow pages being annual in nature, if a yellow page is published later, it gives advertiser lesser time to reap benefit of advertisements by considerably lowering the duration of advertisement. read full review »

Okay. I get it. It's a business and an industry: people need to make money, and ticket sales organizers are no different. But this is some serious Bullsh*t-- tickets go on sale for a small venue with limited tickets at 12pm, and are *IMMEDIATELY* sold out online and over the phone. My company has a gift program for their associates serviced by Carlson Marketing Worldwide (CMW). I received the voucher prior to Thanksgiving week in November 2008. I ordered a mathematical book and they charged $227.45 on my credit card. After 6 weeks, they canceled my order since they were unable to locate the book. However, they refused to refund. Instead, they say they posted ``Store Credit'' to my account which can be used only in their store. This is totally a fraud! I bought X-men cartoon 1990s Series, which consist of 4 DVD. Firstly the DVDs do not all worked well. When they arrived they all had Dirty finger prints on them, and also they sent me 2 of the same DVD which means instead of sending disc 1 2 3 4. They had sent me Disc 1 3 4 & 4 so a large portion of the series is missing. I emailed them to let them know of the problem. On the back page of the Parade Magazine...was an ad for a free Jillian Michaels Diet Book witch stated $4.95 Shipping was all you would pay for the book. When I checked my statement, they charged $52 because at the bottom is a box to check that basically signs you up for the diet club at $4 a week. When I called to complain and ask for my money back, all they would refund was $36...so the $4.95 shipping turned into $16. Luckily, I caught it before it went any further. I later that day got an email from BestBrandValues with a username (my email) and an assigned password. I went to the website, and checked my profile. Jacks is a cafe in the southworks mall. I had ordered a special they advertised for 6.99 which was a BLT sub. I noticed the bread seemed very stale, and upon examining it, the bread has mold on the bottom of the bun.My husband had a salad which the lettuce was noticably brown and soggy.
