There was a 76.27 charge on my debit card for PC TOOLS and I had never heard of them. I called them and Element 5. The charge has not went thru yet and they said they couldn't stop it and since I canceled my card they couldn't give me a refund but I could have one of their products.We got a real weird email from eeb@msn and it directed us to a site in England or Ireland. We purchased the samsung tv 14 months ago, and have had 3 projection bulbs to blow. Even though we paid for extended warranties, the first time, we had to drive 4o miles to pick up the bulb and then install it ourselves. The warranty is supposed to be for in-home service. The second time, the bulb was mailed to us and we had to again install it ourselves and pay the shipping to return the blown bulb. We have the most expensive monthly package that you could possibly purchase from Shaw TV and yet we can not record most of their movies to watch later as they have a 'code' preventing you from recording. I live in a loft downtown and apparently the building has contracted with DirecTV to be the sole provider of television services. Honestly, had I known this prior to moving in I would've reconsidered my decision on this place because I've always heard of complaints against DirecTV in general. I received a charge of 29.95 on my bank statement which I did not approve. When I called the 877 number they said they were closed and to reach them on the internet at leisuretimesavings.com. However, there was no way at the site to cancel my alleged membership without creating a new membership and giving them private information (credit card mumbers, telephone, address, etc.). This programme continues to glamourise binge drinking. Steve & Becky played drinking games whilst working in the pub. Diedre Barlows mother drank all day and then many characters during the wedding reception, and the bride and Leanne before the wedding. I understand the use of alcohol to further the storyline during the wedding reception, but the use of alcohol by Steve and Becky demonstrated they could not have a good time unless they got drunk. As a one time customer of FAE, i will NEVER use them again. They said they owned tickets and they never sent them out to me.
