All I know is that verizon has lied about charges for their promotion for residential services. I was always under the impression that if a store sold a product they would also garunty that product. I bought a software game for a computer, not aware that it would not work on my computer, and tried to return it back to the store, just to find out that they won't buy it back or even give a gift card for the price I paid. When I first subscribed to this magazine I would receive my issue on the 5th or 6th of the month. Then it was the 7th or 8th, then 9th or 10th, etc. Just received my Nov issue on the 20th of October. These people took my money in order for me to download their program for use. However my program only worked for about a month or so before failing to function properly. When asked about the problem the administrator simply replied, it's something to do with Myspace's network, we're working on an updated version. We purchased "Panda Antivirus Pro 2009 3 licenses - 12 months". We were given a download link after completion of payment, and downloaded the file and installed it on one machine. However, NO ACTIVATION CODE was provided. The software will not fully function without an activation code. I recently attempted to download a video from the playstation network. It takes several hours to do this. I began the download at 7:00pm. It did not complete until the wee hours of the morning. In the process I attempted to watch it while streaming. I only got about 3 minutes into the movie before my stream caught up with the download. So I left it. After several phone calls and getting very upset the lady told me to fax a letter requesting a refund and I would have a check in 10 days. In the last two month, on the 2nd and the 30th, I have been charged a total of $99.70 as follows: August 30 - $29.90 September 2 - $49.85 Spetember 30 - $19.95 October 2 - $19.95 All I did was order some pills to help my neuropathy and paid for them at the time. I was referred to Tomo by a mutual customer to assist them in getting their point of sale system back up and running after a computer failure. I ordered the $99 per month 'Bundle my Services' offered by AT& T/Direct TV. The way the deal supposedly worked is each bills you separately, but AT&T offers rebates on each bill to offset the amount of the billing to equal a total of $99 per month. Each month for three months I received separate billing: AT&T $120 and DXirect TV $60, for a total of $180. Directv runs a scam, they get you to send back the equipment after your service contract ends, but then claim they have not received the equipment (even though a tracking number proves delivery). I downloaded Registry Mechanic from PC Tools last year, but didn't like it so uninstalled and cancelled my account. Last week they put through a charge for $29.95 to my bank account for an auto-renewal of my subscription. The charge came from DRI*ELEMENT5.com.
