We always use TV subtitles 888 to watch and hear TV as we are hard of hearing. I have been watching ITV3 and ITV3+1 recently . ITV3 subtitles are very good whereas the same program on +1 suffers from delayed text. missing lines of text and even completely missing text for acouple of minutes. In August 2008, I purchased a copy of Adobe CS3 Design Standard for MAC from Software Clearance Center's web site ($694.00). I only own a MAC so would have been very careful to only select that type of software. Some how a Windows version shows up on my order receipt and that is what was sent. I was given fraudulent information regarding a sweepstakes to be drawn on 10/2/08. I only subscribed to this offer beacause of that information. We were told twice on the phone that we could go month to month and terminate services without a penalty. After a few months we terminated services and was told to pay a $295 fee or it would be sent to collection in four business days. I paid the fee. I asked them to review the tape of the conversation on the phone - they agreed to send me a transcript. They never listened and never sent me a transcript. I bought 3 DVD's on 9/27/08, all from the same cheap $1.99 and up display bin. Two of the movies were fine, but one, "Diamond Men", with the wording, "Two Big Thumbs Up" Ebert & Roper, did not. I have tried to purchase student software known as the Ultimate Steal. I tried last year but there was a problem with paypal for a lot of students. By the time that this was sorted. I had no money and the offer was over. I tried again at the end of September. Again same issue with Paypal. I was told to re-submit my order using my credit card. I ate with a party of eight at Red Lobster here in Tallahassee, Florida on October 6, 2008. The fried shrimp were tough, cold, and very small. The fondue had no meat...it was like weak cheese soup. Cheese bisquits were cold, as well, and dried out. Baked potato was very dry and tasted as though it had been baked a day or so earlier. The company are publishing advertisements for businesses without their consent and also publishing ads that are inaccurate or do not contain information that has been specifically requested by the paying customers. They then try to charge for it when the advertisers are refusing to pay! they are also claiming to have copies of their books in every tesco store, wh smiths and other newsagents etc throughout the UK which is completely untrue. My husband and I dined at the White Birch with another couple on October 4, 2008. We were staying in Long Lake and had spent the day up at Ausable Chasm. We stopped here because it looked nice and it was open (it was only 4:00 in the afternoon). The decor and atmosphere was nice and we were reassured. When playing Mahjong Safari they are not giving you the correct amount of token. I have been given incorrect totals thereby cheating me out of token that can be redeemed for prizes. They hook you in after a legitimate purchace - offering you 3 free magazine subscripions, then a few months later, you are charged for rebilling on the magazines at full price, and it does not end. There have been times when I failed to read the fine print, this may be one of them. Purchased a RCA Televsion from a Walmart store in January 2008. It was defective right out of the box. It turns itself on and off at random. Ate with my wife at Erawan Thai Restaurant at 213-41 39th Avenue. The bill was fifty dollars and I tried to pay with a seventy-five dollar gift certificate. Was told that I could not have change or future credit. I argued with the manager to no avail. I asked for the owner and told that he was not available. DMay 5, 2008 I ordered a DS9 box set from boxsets4less. I recieved the set on May 28, 2008. Disks 35-48were bad and sent back to them by registered mail to Massachuttes where they were shipped from.
