I ordered a bulb for my Sony LCD projector TV in April 2008. It took several weeks to receive it from SageRyder's supplier. Once I received the bulb, I opened the package and inspected the bulb. When I bought this product I thought the set up was fairly easy. As it turned out, that was ONLY when I was connecting to my desktop from my laptop on a shared router in my home. Then I received a innocuous postcard from them stating the terms of my subscriptions and that they would be automatically renewed unless I canceled with a supplied telephone number, which I tried to do only to be told that they had already been canceled. I too have experienced the rude customer service at RKS Software. I have been using and recommending Mighty Fax since we bought it in 2001. IMHO The word Satellite is used by the vendors to confuse potential customers. What they provide their clients is a large series of video feeds. The large number of "channels" is accomplished by "paid programing", religious, and other videos that never need to be changed. Most of the movies that I found were snowy, full of freeze-ups, and had large Japanese captioning. Local programming is also videos and from small cities (towns). The Whooper Jr.'s my husband and I had were terrible. They were cold and the lettuce was brown and bitter. That was the first time we had had a bad meal there. Any site that is selling What I Like About You DVD Sets of "all complete episodes" is selling pirated, illegal copies! These sites are fraud sites either credit card scam sites or simply illegal online businesses. I got some from several different sites--they keep changing names. The video is fuzzy the sound is mono (not stereo). The DVDs have a white, printer label on them with bubbles, which can damage your DVD player. BEWARE! read full review »
