Symantics/Norton Security
I was not planning to renew the Norton Security on my PC for this year. When the reminder came up that my subscription was going to expire within a month, I opted not to renew. Tried to uninstall the program using their uninstall option but program did not go away.
Received nearly hourly reminders of the renewal. After several days, I received an "upgrade now" message and wasn't sure if it was for my current subscription, so I upgraded and was charged as a renewal for the next year. There was no message regarding any fees for the upgrade or fees for the renewal until I saw it as a message AFTER the upgrade. read full review »

Fraggle Rock DVD's
I ordered 2(two) sets of The Best of Fraggle Rock. It was supposed to be The Complete Television series. I received ONE set, and on the set, not only were they fuzzy, the were also duplicates of the same tape., they also froze, skipped and in general very bad COPIES, not new DVD's. I called, because I had not received the second set, which I had paid for the shipping and handling of.. but to tell them they were defective.. I was told to wait a few weeks to see if the second set arrived..

Scholastic Inc, Beginning Readers Program
I was sent an invoice by Scholastic Inc, for a beginning readers program that I did not authorize. I sent the bill back marked Return to Sender, did not order, thinking that there must be some mix up, my child is twenty and yes he can read. They have since sent the bill to a collection agency RMCB. I feel that this is an unjust practice. After each bill came I promptly sent it back stating that I did not order nor had ever authorized such an order. I never opened the bills after the 1st inital bill was sent. read full review »

A Large Party of 15 that had 7pm reservations for a birthday party was made to wait until 8:15 before getting our reserved table. After squishing into a booth and having to pull over an extra table ourselves, our food orders were messed up and people were charged for items that they either did not order or never received. My husband and I couldn't even have our plates side-by-side we had to have one higher than the other or hold them.

I am cancelling my subscription. I want the $24.55 to QUIT coming out of my checking account. I have contacted my attorney and he says you CANNOT have a "no cancellation" clause and the Better Business Bureau has been contacted.

TVDVD Store/The Love Boat DVD Collection
I just received what looks like pirated copies of "The love Boat collection". There are 19 dvds that look like they were straight off the television. They even had split screen advertising at the end during the credits. I called the phone number to the company I got from my credit card company when I disputed the charge. 702-949-9887. Symantec - Norton antivirus
I did not authorize Symantec to charge my credit card $39.99. I have NOT used Norton Antivirus in two or more years, so I am not happy with the charge on my account. Please credit me the amount charged to my credit card. What gives a company the right to automatically charge someone's credit card without contacting the person to validate or authorize the charge? ParetoLogic REGCURE
I reinstalled my windows XP Explorer and then all the purchased utilities. No way to reinstall RegCure : Paretologic pretends I have "too many installations". I checked on Google and discovered this trick happened to many other users. I was billed 39, 90 US a few months ago . Just as above, I never give door-to-door salesman the time of day, but this was a very personable young man who, for his "sales credits" talked me into buying more than I originally wanted, my check got deposited fast and no magazines. I'm very disappointed, of course, but more so because he turned on the "I was a disadvantaged youth and look at what I'm making of myself" and giving all the Glory to God. I had ordered 2 vegetarian meals (mixed vegetables and tofu, and mixed veggies with almonds), and my friend ordered a dinner for one (that contained meat products). Symantec HP CPC
I received an email from Symantec HP CPC that my computer was not protected from virus. I was instructed to pay $66.98 to Symantec so that I would not be subject to virus threats. Comcast advised me that I was already protected from any virus and that the Symantec virus protectin was superfluous. I want my $66.98 to be refunded.

Received two additional emails that both orders were back order and that my card(s) wouldn't be charged

I have the worst customer service experience. I called them on September 18 at 12 noon and a recorded voice says your hold period may be more than 40 minutes. I decided to send them an e-mail, the auto reply says they are experiencing high volume of e-mails so expect a delay in reply. It shows they have real poor service.
When I signed up in June 2008, I was told I shall get 15000 bonus aeroplan miles with my second invoice in August 2008, but Primus did not credit the aeroplan miles. I have tried to contact them several times but it is impossible to reach their customer service. read full review »

On July 15, 2008 my son went to wash his hands in the bathroom of Denney's Restaurant in Madera, CA he slipped on the wet floor, hit his head knocked him out for a second. hit his front teeth on the sink and knocked out 5 teeth! His friend took him to emergency himself. I arranged the dentist the next day. There was a report made. The blood had to be moped up. It has cost $5, 000.00 to fix these teeth. Do Not buy a Sanyo tv. I bought two, just five months later one already fried. The US company in Arkansas is a jock to deal with. I was told if it happened again, they would fix it again, taking more than a week to so. Not that they would send me a new TV because there is a definite problem with the set. They are cheap, and not trustworthy. Buying a cheaper store brand is the better way to go, the company is not too big to forget that WE made them what they are, and that they should be thankful and practice some humility~!!! read full review »
