As advertised by the Company I purchased on line Britannia Encyclopedia Britannica and a series of CDS titled 'SAAZ'. The company offered great gifts worth some Rs.5400/-. The site does not open. The for India today book club site does not have a link to open up a site for claiming free gift. When telephoned i was told the Unique Number allotted to me for claiming the offer has not yet been activated, bot this will be done by saturday the 13th Sept 2008. My 15 year old Son worked all last Summer and part of Winter to buy this X-Box 360 Elite and the intercooler ( a good system should not need an intercooler!) and has had nothing but problems with it. Ordered a Samsung LN-T5271F 1080p 120HZ online from Projector Export for $1998 which included $249 for fast shipping. "Jack" called me the next morning and said that Samsung doesn't honor the warranty on that TV anymore. He said for $150 more suggested the Samsung LN-T52A550. I asked if it was 120HZ he said yes. That made the cost $2048. A week later, I still didn't have the TV and then I found out that the 550 series is NOT 120HZ but is only 60HZ and that Samsung DOES indeed honor all warranties. Customer Service with Direct TV is very poor. I pay over 100.00/month and I only have Showtime. I have 1 DVR reciever that is not operating properly. We went to this resturant with our three year old, our baby and my parents. We were told we would have to wake our sleeping baby as they would not allow strollers in the restaurant. I purchased a 42in. LCD HDTV in March, 2008 from ecost.com. This was supposed to be a open-box tv. I received a refurbished tv. This tv did not work after I paid 869.06 including shipping charges. Our company has had a terrible experience with the staff at Maximizer. We have used Maximizer 9 CRM software with great success. We decided to upgrade to a version that would allow us to synchronize our data and we were recommended the Entrepreneur edition by Stanley only to later find out that we will need the Group edition instead.
