After placing an order for £161, we haven't received any order confirmation. We have emailed them twice over 2 weeks, with no reply. After searching for their company name on Google, it appears there are several other customers with the same issue. Do not waste your money on this place! the food is overpriced and horrible! I paid $20 for a plate of pasta primavera that tasted like cardboard. The service was terrible as well. The waitress took 30 minutes to pick up our check for payment. Good thing we didn't have to be anywhere! I received a plastic bottle of beer that was served during " Bike Night" that was sponsered by this resturaunt. The date on the bottle was "USE BY was 10/05/08". I was a patron at the resturaunt on 10/30/08. The beer was "discounted to $2.00 per bottle (same as served during "BIKE NIGHT" at the same price). I had a account on fulltilt a few years ago named raiserback2, I played fairly high dollar poker on this account for about 2 years, I had a problem with fulltilt due to some chargebacks on a credit card, I tried to dispute them with fulltilt, but they would not respond with any other details, they closed that account. I downloaded Acentive Performance found it caused problems with Internet Explorer . On removal it left some files which now interfers with startup and continues to create problems at Internet Explorer . On contacting Acentive they did not offer any fix for the problem, above the Windows Control Pannel Program Removal . Extremely poor support for their product. read full review »

I placed two order of tropical trios. The first order was fries and sweet plantains and the second was fried yuca and corn. I resolved any issues that I had with Columbia DVD Club over a year ago. At that time I requested and was informed that my account with the club was cancelled. I continually received pop-up boxes stating that my Anti-Virus software liscensce had expried and I needed to renew as soon as possible. I did some checking with the company that I purchased from and was told that was not the case at all, the computer is only two years old. I received my bill from my credit card company, USAA and there was not on bill from DRI Trend Mircro but two for the same date, October 10, 2008. One is for $72.85 and one is for 68.85. Scholastic Books sends books to homes of people that did not order them or sends no books at all and then sends bills for these books that you never ordered or received in the first place. When you don't pay, they send bogus collection letters from North Shore Agency. I found out on the Internet that North Shore Agency in this case is little more than the company that sends a letter from Scholastic to make it look more official and intimidating. I was trying to purchase some software from Audacity (Audio Software) and was asked to fill in detail and purchase via internet...somehow, I do not know how I found myself on a web page with offers of downloading google earth, and lots of other downloads. Philips warranties these lamps for 90 days but the warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on ! I installed this bulb in late August, it failed last Tuesday. i recently bought a 50inch toshiba television from coons . My mom died 4/08. She had everything (no internet) with verizon. I called to explain to them she had died. They wouldn't talk to me because I wasn't on the acct. I purchased product online and was sent email with download site information. Neither websites were active and downloads did not take place. I did call the telephone number given out on their website and contacted customer service. They agreed to cancel my online purchased and refund my purchase. I can only hope that they follow through with their promise. Also I'll be keeping track of the billing to that credit card for possible scams. In March a representative from U.S. Subscription Services kept calling about a deal that they had for us to BlackBelt Magazine, which we have a subscription in my son's name, who is a minor. The agent told us they had a deal for us to extend the subscription for 3 years, because Black Belt was raising its prices. They wanted a credit card number which I refused to give them. Four charges for magazines appeared on my credit card statement. I never received any notice of renewal which should be criminal. When I called TWX at 1-800-927-9651, I got an automated system that allowed me to cancel my magazine. BEWARE: Please listen very carefully to all the options as only one allows you to cancel your magazines and receive a credit on your statement for the issues you want to cancel. This company was so quick to talk me into getting me magazine subscriptions at a cheaper price than normal. However, they did not begin shipping me the magazines until 3 months later. After I asked them if I could cancel, they said that I would have had to mail in the cancelation notice and they would have had to receive it two days after I spoke with them on the phone. Previously in my apartment complex TVMAX was the only cable service provided, unless you wanted to get DISH and lock yourself into a contract. This companies service as far as install and issues.. is terrible.. either they don't show up and you have to reschedule. This happened in 2007. I met their sales consultant in the Westfield shopping centre. He showed me a software on Horse racing betting which followed the "smart money" and had "sure profits". The sales consultant of their company told me that it is a 'sure thing' and there are 'guaranteed profits' to this.
