THIS IS a BAIT and SWITCH operator. Check the Better Business Bureau site and the complaints filed against them. Advertised on-line, I found an almost too good to be true price, which it was. I was required to call and validate my credit card and when I did they tried to switch to upsize the order. I ordered a movie November 16th, and have been fighting with this company ever since. I've tried doing live chat with them & they change their story every other line - they can't even tell the truth or don't know what the truth is. I will be trying to do a stop payment on the order. They claim I will have it by December 31st, but I was also promised I would have it by December 3rd. I think they're the biggest scam artists I've ever seen. Ordered a magazine in July - it's 12/11 and still have not received a magazine. Voicemails go unanswered. Inquiries on their customer service online page go unanswered. Almost impossible to get through on their 1-800 customer service line. Ordered the Mini series CENTENNIAL earlier in the month of November. Did not receive any e-mail verification for order. Was beginning to think it had not been processed when I received the package yesterday. Not an original of the series, 12 disks but copies of some sort, poorly made not comprising the whole series. I ordered the complete set of Get Smart dVD's on November 15th 2007 for a Christmas present. The total charge was 105.72. I have never received the DVD's as the company put the wrong address on them if they were shipped and they went to Ave F instead of Ave E. The Naspers Group has awarded the contract to trace shareholders to TSP (shareholders partnership) to claim ordinary shares under the Phuthuma Nathi shares scheme. They have not made any attempts themselves to get hold of the shareholders, but grant TSP the right to claim 15% admin fee to award the cash benefits from the above scheme. I think i made the biggest mistake of my life by purchasing ONIDA TV. I bought a 29" Poison 400 in Dec 2006. Used Credit Card to purchase RegistryCleanFix for my computer. After requesting the $37 lifetime license only, I found I was billed on my credit card for annual updates, spyware etc. that I didn't want. They screwed up the original order. They did one tape right, apologized, then produced faulty DVDs, which I returned with the original tapes for reprocessing. They appear to have lost the precious tapes entrusted to them for transfer of reminiscences by now dead grandparents of what their lives were like and the changes they saw. My mother set up service for my sister-in-law so she could have access to internet for her job. Well they are now moving to another state.
