These people are ridiculous! It has taken about 10-15 phone calls over a 3 week period (and still counting) to try and get my TV repaired. It seems this is one of Best Buy's repair companies for electronics in the DC area. The problem is they don't answer the phones. and they always need to check with someone and call you back. We have been there before many of times, and the service was okay. They usually don't care where you sit at. But somehow they have gotten rude about it when we were there on Thursday, May 22, 2008, around 4 pm. I purchased goal achieving cds and books from Jim Driscoll. He never sent them. He received full payment. I spoke with him 3 times and we exchanged emails. He assured me that there was a mix up and that he would take care of the problem. On 5/8/08 at 6:56pm I called Safe Auto at 1-800-723-3288 about an insurance quote. I worked with Beverly Rainey a Sales Rep. She quoted policy number MO00007230A-00 for a 6 month term of $371.00. I would to complain about my preorder of the MMO "Age of Conan" Collectors Edition. It seems that a randolph gamestop employee sold my reservation. Now let me have you in mind that its the Collectors edition, and that you can not really find it anywhere now. I bought Pc-antispyware online - while I was installing it on my computer - the system crash (window blue screen) - my laptop (windows vista) was barely 3months old. My sister is 97 and has a severe case of dimentia, she has been in a nursing home for almost 3 years. My husband and I have power of attorney and just started to have her mail sent to us.
