Recently I visited the new East Side Mario’s in Prince George. Books and an invoice were sent to me that were never ordered. These are children's books, and we have no children in our home. I have called the company, and they tell me I ordered online, but will not give me any verification of this. The Standard Operating Procedure for this company is apparently to send books and count on a certain percentage will pay the bill. In the information provided on their website, I did not see any place where it was mentioned that the picture was significantly reduced to a maximum of 640x480 pixels, making it impossible to print a photo with any quality and clarity. My complaint is that you sent me a notice of owning money to something that I did not subscribe for or receive, then when I called the number on the notice to take care of it, i entered the 19 digit number and if told me it couldn't access it. I didn't get an option to talk to any one. So if i don't get a response to this email and if I get one more letter from you asking for money I will call MY LAWYER. On two computers I've installed recently Printing from the internet is not possible because of the size of the print and distortion of the page. This happened on both computers at the same time. I am assuming it was from an upgrade from Microsoft. Microsoft is not supporting many vendors printers and provides no tech support other than 90 purchased support. 3 days ago we got a message on our tv stating that our HD Directv receiver was looking for satellite signal. We thought that it was due to the weather, even though it was a nice day. After 2 days and several attempts on fixing the problems we decide to pay for the protection plan, wich has a monthly fee, so we can be covered in the future. Our tickets were ordered in February and one week prior to the date we contacted them. We were informed each day via the website that they were going to ship the next day. This changed each day. We were never informed there was an issue. 1 day prior to our event after 20 different phone calls, holds, hang-ups we were finally told that our row D tickets were not available.
