The House of Blues in Cleveland Ohio ripped me off. I bought tickets to a concert there and when I went to see the show, it was so oversold that I could not even find a place to stand to see the concert. I have been a member of Pogo for 1 year. I recently won a prize and now Pogo is refusing to release it to me. They said that I was using an automated robot to play for me which is completely bogus. Bought a Philips 37" LCD TV from Best Buy on 9/28/07. Had to return the TV because it has a defective screen - a line of pixels were out - Best Buy took care of that because it was within their 30 day guarantee. On 11/24/2007 the audio went out on the TV. It will be sitting in the authorized Philips repair shops for weeks because Philips is notorious for not being prompt with part for their service centers - I have no recourse that I know of. I order a cd through our local music dealer to Amazon.com on OCtober the 15th and now its November the 28th and no disc just emails from Amazon.com saying it will be due some day and of corse it never comes.
