We got the WorldSpace Satellite radio installed in our house about 7-8 months back and in the 3rd month it stopped working due to some problem in the receiver they gave me. I purchased software to legally download and as mentioned by other customers, followed the instructions exactly. It mentions that they will respond in 48 hours. It has been over 240 hours and they still haven't had the decency to respond. On 10/06/07 I went to Dunkin Donuts in Penn Yan NY. I went to the drive through window. I ordered 3 Cappachinos. As the cashier handed them to me through the window the hot cappachino's splashed up and hit me in the face and all over my arm. The cashier did not so much as offer an apology.
