I visit pizza hut regularly. I like chili flax as toppings. I feel the quality of chili flax (in sachets) is very poor. It lacks real chili flavor, pungency and redness. Each pouch of chili flax at pizza hut needs to be analyzed for quality. I recently ordered a book from the John Lyons Library. They immediately started sending more books when nowhere was this mentioned at the time of ordering the first book. After buying three books, I started returning them to sender unopened via USPS. I have now received threats to be turned over to a collection agency for a product that I returned. On June 17, 2007 I entered the Burger King on Wolf Road in Albany New York with 4 female adolescents who play on my team and my Assistant Coach. Nothing good to say about direcway, hughes network. Since day 1 i have had nothing but headaches with this system. Had the transmitter replaced after 1 year and now it has gone bad again, and guess what, out of warranty. Gonna cost me 150.00 service call for a tech to come out to tell me that the transmitter is bad. Think advanced support already figured this out. I received a phone call about renewing Playboy magazine. It sounded like a great price for 3 years. So, I renewed the magazine thinking that the renewal would continue on with the subscription I already had. And of course, $99.00 poorer it never happened. What a scam! I think they probably have a new phone number and are operating under another name etc., but I have no proof. I'm not sure what can be done to this company legally. In the commercial they have a guy complaining to a Ronald Macdonald figure about using non-US beef in their burgers. He talks about New Zealand beef - implying it is sub-standard product. Now I have had the pleasure of eating New Zealand beef as well as American beef and believe me, it is far superior to US beef in both taste, goodness and texture. New Zealand cattle are not fed steroids and other chemical supplements as US cattle are, they are natural fed and are thus not only far healthier but also tastier. I have a minor son who has just received an offer in the mail for Playboy for $1 an issue. All he would have to do is return the postage paid card and he would receive this trash--12 issues for $12 dollars. I would like to file a complaint with this site. Just wanted to let you know that my family was a little disappointed with are dinner on sunday may 6th. Three of us ordered the BLT burger which is supposed to be made on grilled sourdough bread. Maybe I am the only one annoyed by this... or maybe the only one having this problem, but the actual quality of the newspaper leaves a lot to be desired. I continually an receiving Star-Ledger newspapers that have folds down much of the page and there can be numerous pages. On Jan. 12, 07, I ordered their “PC-cillin Internet Security 14 Antivirus Software” from this company on-line. It was a 3 year service contract for $99.00. My credit card was charged this amount the next day. After repeated failed attempts to install this product on my computer I decide I no longer needed/wanted this software and asked for a full refund. Since that time I have been given the worst run-around that I have ever experienced. This company refuses to refund my money and has not contacted me since my last request on May 17, 2007. Real Arcade, after you purchase there games. They download your game, you play the demo, then if you like the game, you pay for with your credit card. No problem with that, its after you've played the game for a certain amount of time they take the game back. I leased a 52 inch hd tv. It became blurry I ask for it to be fixed. They replaced it with a 48 inch and I should have gotten the same tv. I bought a powerleveling package for WOW-us and Oforu.com and they got my account suspended 2 times and ended with a permanent ban. I ordered a 1-60 Powerlevel and said it would take 2 weeks. after 13 days had passes and they only leveled the character to 32 Blizzard banned my account for "Inappropriate Behavior" and "Advertising in Chat"?!?! Kid claims to be in college earning 'points' for a trip by going door-to-door selling magazines. Proceeds to hard sell us into buying and said we can cancel anytime within 3 business days. I ordered Family Handyman on July 5, 2006 - today is June 6, 2007 - almost a year - n0 magazine, no refund - have contacted the "company about 10 times - Family Handyman never got the order and says they are no a dealer. They do "stealing" under a variety of names - Mags4 Cheap; My1Mag; Halfpricedmags among others. I go through the drive threw, the women taking the order was rude, it took 10 min to get my order in - I get up to the window and a different girl hands me the bag - I ask if my sauce is inside, she said yep just put it in. I am unable to pull aside and double check my order as there was some sort of incident as police cars in parking lot and no where to pull over. Late in the evening, 4 of 5 times in the past couple of months the ice cream machine seems to be down. They said that it was being repaired. When I get to the window and ask for a comment phone number line, they could not find it and the ice cream was said to have run out. I don't know if the demand is not being met or if the employees are trying to get out of the facility quickly and don't want to fool with the mess so they say it is out? Usually i find mc donalds food to be wonderful but lately, i am getting chicken selects, left to long under the heat lamps until they are so hard you cant eat them. I have been a regular subscriber of Readers Digest. In Apr, 2007, Readers Digest sent me a renewal reminder and I sent them a cheque for Rs 399 the same week. The cheque was encashed in May, 2007 and inspite of over 5 reminders they have even refused to respond to my E mail queries. Their subscription dept in my city asks me to contact their Mumbai office and no one gives any clear answers. Readers Digest used to be a decent publication but in the recent years has become absolutely pathetic.
