The mgmt of ISJ branch is really screw up and they just cancel the Yoga class anytime they like, some of the member traveled 30-40km to attend the class to find out the class canceled due to instructor MC, this is not fair to members and the classes must be on as scheduled and instructor replacement must be there if he/she is on MC. I hope the mgmt can seriously look into it as not all members has the time and they need to fit the free time to the schedule and it is so frustrated to find out the class was canceled 3 times in a week. read full review »

I ordered the entire series of the six million dollar man and received the dvds very late and many episodes wont play skip and stop entirely, in addition after referencing these dvds to another set these turned out to be bootleg copies. I wrote to the email address and the reply was this is single isolated incident, all the complaints listed on this site are an indication that this is a absolute rip off of my 85.00 dollars and I am afraid to send the items back for refund as others are reporting that the site no longer exist! Almost a total lack of information. A Criminal Check on a convicted Felon/career criminal, checked in states with known convictions, revealed only one arrest. This trutech television is junk! My mother purchased a 13" Tv/DVD combo from Target for my sons Christmas gift. He opened the television on December 25 and today, December 27 the DVD is no longer working. My biggest complaint is that Target will not stand behind this product. I have the original packaging for the TV and they will not even exchange it without a receipt. This is extremely frustrating and upsetting as we are not even able to locate any warranty information on the product or a phone number for contacting Truetech directly for repairs. I ordered a plasma TV on 20 December 2007. I have received no shipping information even though my credit card was charged on 20 December. (Today is 27 December). When I call customer service at PriceMad, they keep shifting me around to four or five different people, none of which know where my tracking number is. The Akai service center has had my 42 inch (2 years old) plasma tv for 1 month. They claim they cannot get parts to repair the display from Akai. Either Akai doesn't make a good product (2 years on a tv that hasn't been used daily!) or the service center is not telling the truth. We had Dish Network for 12 months. First, the monthly billing was NOT what they had promised.
