I called their customer service and was lied to, saying that I signed a card saying I wanted the book...I DID NOT! I ordered the "Mad Men" box set of seasons 1-4. BAD! It was obviously recorded right off of the television; the AMC logo was in the bottom corner, as well as the "TV 14" in the upper corner. The subtitles were completely misspelled and did not match up to the words being spoken - a clear indication that this was not from the distributor, but from someone who had no grasp of the English language. I placed an order for service with AT&T online and paid a deposit of $75. I contacted a rep after receiving an email requesting additional follow-up. I was told an additional $200 was needed for cable. I then cancelled the order and requested my refund since I do NOT have service with them. I have been given the run-around ever since. I ordered the Biggest Loser 10 seasons - I paid good money 5 DVDs did not work. There were commercials and election coverage all through one season . Parts were missing from another episode and one episode was missing altogher from another season. I was willing to overlook that but the 5 DVDs that did not work needed to be replaced.
