During my initial interview I was made promises of how the service was better that an online service and of the personal attention I would receive. However afer spending 1200.00$ for a year. I ordered online today 12/5/2008 a programme to be downloaded on to my pc, a puppy/dog training programme. The quality of the programme is shabby, substandard, amateurish. I could have put together a better programme myself. The voice over on the programme is so child like it is almost laughable, like an automated robotic type voice. Dont get a dog from her unless you have the money to pay for the vet bills you will have to pay when you find out your dog is sick. My puppy has a double yeast ear infection. Is under weight, hypoglycemic, and has an eye infection. She did NOT mention any of this. She should have known about this. Especially the Hypoglycemia. I understand that this is fairly common. We went to Coral Springs Animal Hospital to have our dog checked out after he was very lethargic and weak looking. The vet saw him and said he may have a mast in his stomach. She said I will be right back and came back with two estimates. Truthfully, I have never seen anything like it. We recently used this company to board our two dogs. When we arrived back from vacation we found out that they lost one of our dogs. While cleaning cages, we assume a door was left open and our chihuahua ran out and was gone. I'm sure she is dead by now.
