For almost a year this company has continually been charging $26.99 on my debit card without my authorization. They say they internally blocked my card number to all their companies, would reimburse me via check, etc and nothing yet. We wanted to improve our back yard which was all mud so our family and our dog could enjoy it. So we contact a landscaping company who installs artifical turf. We asked all the appropriate questions. At first glance this site purports to connect small breeders of puppies with families. Upon even the smallest investigation, the alleged small breeders are really nothing but horrible puppy mills in disguise. My animals had to be quarantine under MAF regulations. QPS is MAF registered kennels, yet my dog got sick after being there 2 months he was thin and full of sores ( looked like mange ) though they denied it. At the end of the obligatory 120 days quarantine my original quote of NZ$7871.00 went to NZ$9381.95, the excuse given my John ( manager) was that the dog had been sick and there had been an increase in fees .However that increase in VAt only came into effect two months after they where there already. I took my dog to this horrible place because he had an injured ear. A few days before I took him my 3 year old daughter was playing with the dog and decided to put a tiny rubber band on the tip of his ear since he has long hair.
