This cattery sold me a siamese kitten that was shipped from Kansas. Four days after the kitten came into our home, my two other cats became seriously ill, one almost died. This company came to do the grooming on my dog and promised a 5 star treatment that included nail trimming. My wife was alone home when they came and performed the service on my dog. When I came home I found out that they did not do the nail trimming on my dog, I called them and promised to show up next day. The AKC only provides you with the impression of insurance coverage. When you truly need this insurance as what happened to me, AKC excludes and denies coverage. Had my dog spade on Feb 4 2011 aaat DeLand Animal Hospital. I had a certificate from humane society for 75.00. They did not inform me to wait til she was not in heat. Dogs still think she is in heat. We have purchased a puppy from this breeder with major orthopedic issues, elbow dysplasia, medial patella luxations in BOTH knees and our dog is only 1 year old!
