I responded to an online ad to adopt two blue nose pitbulls from a lady by the name Sabrina Sanchez that was located in Anchorage, Alaska. All I was asked to pay at first was $150 for each dog to be shipped than I was asked by the agency name Jet Pets to pay more money for travel insurance that totaled to $520 that was $200 for each dog plus $120 for two tempertaure control devices for the the dog travel cage cause of the wheather. Heartguard comes from australia and frontline from the UK. The UK gets a storm so your shipment, according to petcarechoice, gets delayed then delayed again at customs. 8-12 days has turned into 45 days. We have very bad experience with Le Grand and Chris (the boss). We signed up with Le Grand because of their advertisement and their Sales designer was pretty good in talking. We got a Dog From This so called breeder She was 5 years old a Dashhound. I decided to try Boston Pet on 114 in Peabody. I figured whomever owns this business must know what they are doing to put a small pet store offering grooming right betwenn two corporate giants (Petco / Pet Smart). I purchased a Persian cat from Second Star Cats in the amount of $800 (without breeding rights) on September 10, 2009. I ordered some Advantage and was told that it shipped that same day. It never arrived. When I wrote the company repeatedly, they kept blaming the weather or some other weird excuse. I asked for a tracking number so I could figure out exactly where the package was located. It was never provided. They actually told me that perhaps it was located at my post office -- but of course, the post office would leave a note that a package was available for pickup. I tried to cancel my puppy wellnes plan when we lost out dog and was told I would have to pay the balance owed. (about $50.00) I refused to pay The account has now been sold to a collection agency and the amount has grown to $75.00. I purchased 2 sibling chihuahuas from Kirk and Tracy Newton at Tinytowntexas in 2007. The male died at age 2 in 2009, from pulmonary stenosis and the female died at age 3 in 2010, from pulomary edema.
