This company came to do the grooming on my dog and promised a 5 star treatment that included nail trimming. My wife was alone home when they came and performed the service on my dog. When I came home I found out that they did not do the nail trimming on my dog, I called them and promised to show up next day. The AKC only provides you with the impression of insurance coverage. When you truly need this insurance as what happened to me, AKC excludes and denies coverage. This insurance is good to get the teeth cleaned with the wellness plan. Now I ask the $1, 000's you pay in an annual premium you could have paid for the teeth cleaning at least twice. This nurse was arrested for Domestic Violence (around Jan.10, 2011). Then was released and crosses State and County lines to continue harassing family and strangers by placing calls and texting from work phones and private phones. Had my dog spade on Feb 4 2011 aaat DeLand Animal Hospital. I had a certificate from humane society for 75.00. They did not inform me to wait til she was not in heat. Dogs still think she is in heat. This Vet is doesn't know most of basic medical treatments for horses. He will starve a horse for days with only water for simple colic. Won't even take an xray after a few days to confirm any diagnoses. Just arrived home from a wedding that turned out bad after my PA'S digital camera got stolen at a wedding at the Bryanston Country Club. All at the table were family and friends.
