How can a company that says they care about your dog and cat health sell food that has an outdated expiration date? Well, it looks like we are also victims of John and Lynn. We purchased a 8 month old retriever from them in September. He is a fabulous dog and we could not have lucked out with any one better. He also came to us with bad digestive issues and we were told it was just nerves. I took my dog into this clinic because she was bleeding when she urinated. The vet couldn't tell me the cost to do tests to find out what was wrong. Dr. Mills left the room, then sent another person in and told me it would cost $412 to run the tests necessary to diagnose problem. I left very angry and went to another vet office and my dog was treated like a princess and she had a severe UTI (which any woman could have diagnosed also because she had the same symptoms I have when I get one). I purchased a puppy from this co. 2/14/2010 and received it 2/17/2010. The co. was supposedly a breeder of purebred dogs but is instead a broker for puppy mills across the country. I purchased two puppies from John and Sheryl Kobel after seeing their website Miraclemikis.com. They warned me the night before delivery of the puppies that the puppies would not have eaten for several hours and to have nutrical to give them. I did. One puppy would not eat and seemed sick. Was told by breeder Farica of Scotts Puppy Palace that a male Malt-tzu she was selling on her web site was a very tiny little boy and he would be 4lbs full grown and very healthy.I picked him up at airport he had watery stool with blood in it.They refused responsibility.After having puppy treated by vet, puppy started to keep his weight on and continued to grow to be 12lbs..Scotts Puppy Palace claims that they specialize in Teacup breeds, that's what they do.When contacting them about this matter I was insulted by Farica and never heard from them again. read full review »

I had a charge on my visa account which was fraud as my purse had been stolen with all my personal indentification and my visa card and I had to have my credit card cancelled and replaced but before I did whoever stole my purse put a charge for the above company on my visa and I am having it investigaged by my CIBC Credit Card Services. As of yet the company is denying any connection. I did not place the charge on the visa card I was forced to cancel but some other person did. Our checks were cashed that month however it is June 2010 and still we have NO test results. Each time we call we are told we'll have them "next week" but this never happens.
