Back in October my husband and I purchased an English Bulldog puppy through this company due to their so called good reputation and health guarantees on their pups. I had gone to the wal- mart super center on zero st in fort smith ar. and planned on buying fish. But what I saw was awful these fish are severly negleted there were dead fish stuck to the filtration systems. We are really having trouble with this vendor. We ordered a kid's bike for Christmas on 12/15/2009 that was supposed to arrive prior to 12/25/2009. It did not ship until 12/28/2009. We tried several times to contact the vendor via email and phone prior to Christmas with no response. We had FedEx return the bike to the vendor before we received it. In a recent order from SONGBIRDGARDEN.COM, the small print on their return policy states that they will not accept electronics or cameras back. Received numerous hand puppets for my 2 year old son as a gift for Christmas...no age limit marked on the puppets. I was really glad I did not give them to him to play with because one of the eyes fell out almost immediately. We purchased a golden retriever puppy from northstar golden retrievers back in June 2009. When we received the puppy, he was weak and lethargic. We took him to the vet the next day and he was diagnosed with giardia and coccidia.
