This is in regards to the pool water system at my residence on 1008 Runningbrook Dr, Mississauga. The company mentioned have repaired said system end of Sep 2010. Purchased 18x52" metal frame pool April 2009 for $1000. Set-up said to be easy, did not warn the ground prep needed. Mid May finally done with ground prep, set up- leaked immediately. Purchased windows and a french door in April 2010. The installers complained about how they didn't get paid enough, didn't bring the right supplies and left before the job was complete. It took 8 service calls and 2 new french doors before I finally today over a year later have a door that doesn't leak. On 12/31/2010, a salesman from Empire Today came to our residence to bring samples of carpet and vinyl floor coverings. The salesman showed up, gave us his pitch for carpeting, and we signed a contract to have new carpet installed with a "Great 15 Year Warranty". We complained 4 times about our washing machine to customer services. The machine never cleaned the clothes properly. It did not take soil off the clothing. It maid the clothing smell like mildew. If we used bleach on a load of whites, it would leave bleach blotches on the next load of laundry. The technicians sent to fix the machine replaced two parts. I stained my deck with Cabot solid-color water-based Deck Stain in September 2010. I followed the exact instructions given by the hardware store selling the product. I power washed the deck to remove dirt, washed with a Cabot deck cleaner, waited a week then brush painted the deck, waited another week and applied a second coat. It looked great. Then came winter. Canadian Tire has a cash incentive plan so I used it and now have lost the receipt. The lawnmower lower bearing collar has sheared off and the motor is now non-responsive. The blade is clean and undented. Despite having the box the mower arrived in c/w the shipping date and store shipped to, CT would not accept this as proof of purchase and thereby screwed me wrt the warrantee work (one year short of ending). Geist Flooring has 2 different aspects: Tiling and Wood Flooring installation. The tiling man is great; on the other hand the wood flooring man, Jeff Geist, is rude, arrogant and the work was terrible. We found pits in the wood flooring and cracks in a few pieces. My 91 year old father was sold this mower for his 66 year old daughter (me) to use to mow a very large lawn. "Guaranteed to Start" is a deception. All mowers start eventually and this one is so hard to start...but it does start eventually. I was told that, after 30 days, any unused gas must be disposed as it will destroy the engine.
