In our house completed in 2000, the arch window over the front door has experienced severe seal failure. Since this is the result of defective manufacturing practices used during that time period, I feel that they should replace the glass to rectify the situation. I was told the transmission had to be replaced on my washer which is only a little over a year old. I bought the washer at Home Depot and took out the extra warrenty. I was told first the transmisstion would cost me $350.00 when I told them I had a 5 year warrenty on the machine they then told me the labor would be $350.00. The washer did not cost me that much. In Feb. 2009, I paid $9105 to have a bathroom tub to shower conversion done. Both the manager, Robert Garcia, and the contract stated "A-1 satisfaction guaranteed". However the shower grouting began to crack after two years which exposed a major problem. A leak appeared on the ceiling on the floor below the shower. I went to Sears to put a Garden Oasis Lighted Gazebo ($699.00) on layaway, and when the gentleman who assisted me went in to the computer to put my information in, it showed that the gazebo was not in stock. Jeff Power owner of Pin Point Roofing worked with the insurance to get my roof replace. He asked for $2779.00 downpayment for partial payment. I wrote a check out for that amount last Thurday, 04/09/09 and he cash the check already. He said that he would start the work Monday if the weather permitted. I purchased a property from this developer in April 2007 it was due to be completed in April 2007 but it is now 2011 and the complex still hasn't been connected to the water mains? The developer state that this is down to the Paphos water authorities but the water authorities state this is down to the developer NEVER applying for permits on this complex due to bad workmanship and they can never be granted until works are corrected. We've had this home security system for two years. It has doors open and closing as well as two motion sensors, The system send false alarms requiring police to respond four time so far. We've had the system go off while we are at home evan without us having secured our home as one would do if leaving the house. Bought a Husky HU80220 power washer from Home Depot one year ago. Used it once, worked fine, but spayer gun assembly plastic broke so it now leaks too much to use. Tried to get a copy of the user manual on line and it does not exist. This is a good indication of the kind of company Husky must be and their concern about customer support. The complaint that i have is, that the company im working for dose'nt want to pay us for a job that we did at Dorsiey high school, located in the L.A district.
