I spent $1400 on a new Thomasville sofa 3 years ago, believing it would last. I am VERY disappointed to find the front bottom frame is bulging out in one spot. My husband and I are not overweight and live by ourselves. The sofa does not get high use. How could this give out when it is so new and never abused? Is the frame made of plaster or wood?? My home is filled with quality Thomasville furniture and I never had problems in the past. I have moved many times over the years, and the wood furniture has held up remarkably well! We purchased a Sealy King Size Extra Plush Pillowtop Mattress about in 8/09. Within a year we had sagging spots where my wife and I sleep. In addition, I hear and feel springs popping getting in and out of bed sometimes. Art Van is sending someone out to see it in three weeks. From what I have read so far, it does not seem as though Sealy has helped anyone with this situation. The salesman at Art Van did not tell us this would sag. A Company salesman walked neighborhood stating he could get new roof and no deductible from Hurricane Wilma. After inspecting roof confirmed there was damage related to Hurricane. This concerns a bad plumbing job from One call plumbing, Inc. located at 367 Ceylon Road, Carmichaels, PA 15320. Phone 304-291-4500. Plumbers did some initial work and never showed up to finish the job. They left us waiting for more than a week not returning phone calls and making all kind of possible and imaginable excuse not to show up. Their work was also not clean with many debries left behind. What started out with a good replacement of a hotwater heater turned ugly. First, there was a mistake on my end, with that I accidently paid them with a check I no longer had a bank with. So I bit the bullet and bought a regulat above-ground sand filter. It worked like a charm. I was able to balance the water pH, attach a vacuum, and backwah the filter when needed.
