My 15 year old son keeps getting a collection call from TX energy on his cell phone. He has has this phone number for over 2 years. The sad thing about it is we have never had services with this electric company. When I called up to ask them to stop calling they stated "We can not unless we give them an account number". Purchased a Insinkerator hot water dispenser it began leaking after a year. Purchased another one with the three year warranty it also leaked after about a year with all the restrictions and rules of the warranty its like having no warranty at all. I hired Dale Upcraft to do some work on a mobile home I inherited from my late aunt. He came recommended to me. Eastland Construction built a home across the street from me, their employees used my white concrete driveway as a turn around with the end result being black tire marks all over it. I asked them to clean them off and they claim there is no proof that their people did it. I called Helpful Item and ordered an electronic range control (part #WB27T10265) for my GE oven. I provided my credit card details over the phone. When the part arrived, the rear circuit board of the main controller was badly cracked in the vicinity of the transformer and therefore non-functioning. It is possible that the damage occurred in manufacture when the board was being pressed into the plastic chassis. We built a new home 9 months ago. The last thing installed in our home was the hard wood flooring. We purchased 3/4 inch Hickory, tongue and groove from Corters Flooring America, State College, PA (manufactured by Clear Lake Lumber of PA). I too, tried to cancel my account with CastleRock only to be told that I had to finish my 3 years. When I tried to cancel after the 3 year period, I was told that it had automatically renewed.
