They work long, unconventional hours to get the most timely information from our vendors and relay that information back to the customers. Gary Rose, owner of Tarzan Trees said he was a certified arborist. I asked him to remove one large tree, remove some arborvitae stumps, and trim a spruce tree. My initial problem with AT&T was when I was billed $120 for a modem and service that I never got to use! I payed it & canceled the service just because I didn't want to deal with the stress any more. I purchased a new home from Greenbuilt homes who is a relatively new builder, although they were affiliated with another builder in the area who I thought was reputable, the home came with the standard one year builders warranty. Horrible work was done by Bathwwraps on my parents home. These are rip-off artists of the worst kind. My mom contracted Bathwraps to install a tub and wall liner in their main bathroom for $3500. This is a high price for this amount of work. A Bathwraps employee measured the area and assured my dad that the liner would "fit like a glove". I recently purchased furntiure from Southeastern Furniture in Greensboro NC. It took over a week to get the furniture delivered to me, despite my numerous attempts to arrange delivery. I was told that they could not deliver the furniture on two different Sats and that it could be delivered on a Fri evening, when I made arrangements to get it delivered, they turned around and said they couldnt deliver it then and that they would have to deliver it on a Sat morning. We are currently seeking suit against ROOF 911 construction in regards to several of our units with a tremendous amount of damage from leaks and improper roof installation. The mistake of contracting ROOF 911 construction has cost our management company over, two hundred thousand dollars and a leaking roof. They came to my business to repair a broken gate. After 2 hrs of work, they couldnt fix it and I was told that I need a brand new gate which I paid a deposit for. They never came back to replace the gate. They dont pick up my phone number. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. First they sell parts that are not genuine but ‘similar to…’ i.e. Kohler etc. parts. The ‘similar to’ parts do not fit and also leak. When I sent it back they said it was not defective even thought they never installed it themselves on a Kohler to find out. I called Leak Stoppers Inc, because of brown water stains on my Dinning Room Ceiling. John O'Connell from Leak Stoppers arrived and examined my problem; for just a few seconds. Without even going on my roof, John quickly wrote up an estimate charging me over $2000 for a new front roof section. It turned out my leak was from the siding and not the roof!! Never use Expert Plumbing and heating in Naperville il. They are located on Fort Hill dr and they DO NOT USE LICENSED PLUMBERS!!! State law says that a plumber has to or be able to prove that they are holding a valid state plumbers license. Signed up with Adt and direct security services came out to install. Had arrangments with ADT for payment.When u sign up with ADT you sign a contract with direct services the installer. Direct services was not aware of this payment arrangment and canceled my service. I called and spoke to the manager ellison. I went to Furniture World in Vermont to purchase a mattress for my king size bed. I was looking at Sealy. I have to admit that I went shopping without doing enough research on mattresses. Horrible!!! Don't ever buy from Bobs! Its been 2 months since I bought my sofa and still no due date for delivery. Seriously how long does it take to deliver a sofa! Customer service is horrible!!! When the sofa was first purchased I was told it would take a few weeks and it was never mentioned that it would take beyond a month. You call back to ask why and the receptionist can't even answer any of your questions. Beware, double check your credit card statements for at least up to 3 statement periods to make sure that they didn't repeatly charge you (this had happened to me) 2) Wrong merchandise shipped. Don't use Luna for flooring. The sub-contractors that came were terrible, they layed the wood flooring in the wrong direction, directly in contrast to what the installation instructions dictate. It was buckling in a day. They had to come back and rip it up after they lied and told us it was fine. They also said our floors weren't level enough and couldn't install the floor in half our house despite the fact that they didn't even have a level! I had cancelled my alarm monitoring contract with Stanley Security Solutions after I was charged a $ 175.00 service call for 5 minutes of blowing air on my keypad. I cancelled in writing by email as well as by phone. I was contacted by their agent and told the person I had contacted no longer works for them and was not very good at doing his paperwork so I had to pay them an extra $ 215.00 to cancell my account. I have tried to work this out with them and they do not return calls and have now turned me over to collections. The original contract I had signed was with Honeywell.
