My Fin-All Roof is about 10 years old now. Over the past 4 years, the paint finish has slowly begun to peel away. What at first looked like bird poop, now looks like a hurricane has hit it and stripped the surface. It looks terrible, and this roof was supposed to last 50 years! We recently purchased a tempurpedic mattress from Sleepys. The salesman told us we would not find a better price on our bed. The sign in the store stated "Will beat any competitors price by 20% or its free". I found the same bed for $400 less and now thier claim is that the company selling the bed is not an "authorized dealer" so therefore they do not have to honor the price guarentee. FAS Windows and Doors are not the way to go to replace windows if you want your order to be right the first time with good installation. I ordered 4 Wincore tempered low e glass windows from FAS. They did not deliver what I ordered. They installed the wrong windows then refused to fix the problem and wanted full payment for the botched job. after much agonizing negotitiations they finally said to keep the windows without paying or warranty because the windows had failed city inspection. In March 2009 my wife and I took delivery of a 5/0 Sleep to Live 700 series mattress by Kingsdown, (Mebane NC). I own one of the Kenmore Elite refrigerators manufactured by LG that lost its Energy Star designation. It is model number 795.775726. I purchased the refrigerator in June of 2007.I also own a Kill A WattEz energy usage monitor. When I measured the annual estimated usage over 3 days the monitor settled at an estimate of 1, 152KWH for the year. I ordered the Bourghese Chest online on Oct 22, 2009. It is now March 22, 2010 and I still have no chest. The dresser was sent back 3 different times because it did not pass the quality inpsection once it reached the delivery company. I bought a LG Gas Dryer Model #DLG1320W, on Feb. 2, 2010. Four days after it was delivered, the gas heat element broke down. LG sent me the name of a local repair person. I purchased a lawnmower at K-Mart last August. After one use it broke and would not stay running. We were told to take it to Sears in Vineland for repairs. (We purchased the warranty agreement.) This company has serious customer service issues. I called for an a/c service call, and was told a tech would come that day, and that I would be contacted with a window of time (eg 2-4pm). Columbia Construction Services and David Schatzberg and Mark Provenzano are crooks. This group of crooks failed to pay us over $25, 000 after we performed subcontract work for them. It took us over 6 months to get over $40, 000 that they owed us and we had to get that money directly from the owner of the job. These guys are total crooks. I bought 2 Mainstays hanging baskets on 4/210, plus 4 bags of mulch and potting soil and borders from the garden center. On 4/3/10 when I was putting the hanging handles on the baskets 1 handle broke completely off on 2 straps so I could not use one as a hanging basket. I was not going to unpot my plant to return the basket. I have always bought from your Garden Centen for years with no problems with the products or plants. I have also sent friends there as well. These guys are a bunch of crooks, they steal money from subcontractors and cause problems for owners in the form of liens and complaints by subcontractors. These Crooks David Schatzberg and Mark Provenzano failed to pay us over $25, 000 and it took us over 6 months to get over $40, 000 that they owed us. They are every subcontractors' nightmare, do them an excellent job and they keep a good chunk of your money at the end of the job. We bought a split AC unit in April for an addition to our house. Installation was costly and in late July the compressor went out. We had a licensed AC tech out and sent the report to Ramsond and we can't get an answer out of them. They are having to "think" about whether they are going to replace the compressor. When Atlas Appliances delivered my new Fridge, Stove and dishwasher, the dishwasher not only arrived in what I believe was a used appliance state but it leaked when hooked up. They refused to take the appliance back. Pretty good scam, deliver a used leaking dishwasher to a customer expecting a new one, then refuse to take it back.
