My husband needed some work done so he chose Smile Magic in Lewisville, TX in our hometown. This was on 03/25/11. They told him they would call him back for him to go back to finish the work on a crown replacement. After paying upfront, it is now 05/31/11 and they have not gotten in touch with him. I purchased an $1, 800.00 Baume and Mercier watch (msrp 3, 990.00) from Jomashop on April 5th of this year. The watch never ran correctly from day one. Great location, good facilities, very cold over winter (saving on heat?) dusty as hell, if you have allergies, definitely skip it. Management is horrible, Alissa the manager (not a climber) makes all efforts to ensure her insurance guidelines are met, which is OK if her blunt rudeness wouldn't kill the whole climbing experience. Swarovski has a terrible product exchange policy: my kids saved up their money to buy their mother a crystal for her birthday. After buying it, we realized it had a clear defect.
