Please see these pictures attached. I had a bean and cheese burrito, bit into it and cut the roof of my mouth on this. I called and they said they would replace it. That was not good enough. They should be able to see something this big when smearing the beans on a tortilla. read full review »

Making a decision to have surgery is kinda scarey. When choosing your Doctor make sure the "professional" office does NOT look like a retro house from the outside. Thats where i should of turned around! My primary physician recommended me to Dr Bhangoo, I sat in his office alone at age 17 for 3hours!! when i finally seen him he did not listen, he told me he was gonna make slits on the sides of my nose to make my nostrils bigger! like a pig! i told him my nose is perfect the way it is and i only want the bump on top gone from when it... read full review »

I was admitted into this facility and there is extensive list of things that I want to complain about. However there are a few things that I want to highlight out of that list! For one the Doctors, after being there for about 5 days I still never met my doctor that was perscribing my medication. He had diagnosed me and medicated me for a disorder that was INACURATE!!! This was common amoung many of the patience that I was staying with. Last Friday 5.27.2011, I contacted the Minneapolis Star-Tribune with a story about 9/11. The person who answered the phone listened to the story and then transferred me over to a reporter by the name of Paul McEnroe. I would like you to reprimand this individual. Mr. McEnroe's behavior from the beginning was quite unprofessional and rude. He was extremely rude. He acted like he had no idea what I meant by 9/11. He was brusque and abrupt. He interrupted me and said he had a deadline and to put it in writing. He didn’t even seem... read full review »

My husband ordered ONE bottle of immutol from this company and received it. Two weeks later, he received another one, which he had not ordered. He called the company and was told he had checked the 'auto ship' box when he placed his first order. We have a copy of that order form and 'auto ship' was NOT checked. The company did agree to take him off of the auto ship program, but I feel this company is, perhaps not actually dishonest, but decidedly unprincipledas are many internet-based companies these days. We will never order from them again. read full review »

The changes in Medicare Part D left me without vision coverage. On a fixed income, I thought I would try America's Best deals. The price was right. Wow, the service was not what I was used to from my eye professionals in the past. When I set up my appointment I requested the package of two pair of bi-focals for $99.99. When I checked into the store, I again mentioned the package in which I was interested. I was told to select two frames for my lenses to be inserted. Due to the unauthorized billing of so many customers and the fact that they are to reimburse you 3 to 5 days after they billed us without consent WE as customers need to report them to the Better Business Bureau and then maybe take the next steps to let this company and others know they can not get away with these type of underhanded tactics. This is just a means of this company making money without supplying a dissent product. During the 3 to 5 days before they return which I am sure mounts to thousands or tens of thousands of dollars.
