Great location, good facilities, very cold over winter (saving on heat?) dusty as hell, if you have allergies, definitely skip it. Management is horrible, Alissa the manager (not a climber) makes all efforts to ensure her insurance guidelines are met, which is OK if her blunt rudeness wouldn't kill the whole climbing experience. Swarovski has a terrible product exchange policy: my kids saved up their money to buy their mother a crystal for her birthday. After buying it, we realized it had a clear defect. He called the company and was told he had checked the 'auto ship' box when he placed his first order. We have a copy of that order form and 'auto ship' was NOT checked.
