This is a for-profit organization that relies on donations from the community in which it is located. However, Valu Village has restrictive return policies. I was in the Fairbanks store on Feb 12, 2011. The store was packed and the dressing rooms unavailable. My experience with Valu Village in the past has been the dressing rooms are filthy.
