I ordered my wife a cookie for valentines day, chose the shipping option to have delivered on valentines day. Of course the order did not make it on valentines day. I called to complain and they told me shipping dates are estimates, and we cannot help you. I asked about their 100% guarantee, and they told me it only is on the quality of the product. I ordered a new supply of Wysong Archetypal 1 and received something that did not look familiar although the package was the same. It was full of hard junk, dust, and sharp pieces that would be dangerous to a ferret. There was no indicationon the package or on the website of a change in formula or process. This review is not about this doctor, but this facility in general! Don't even bother to call them! I have used them when needed for the last 10 yrs. I called to make an appointment due to a hurt shoulder, and was told my appointment would be 3 to 4 weeks out. Since I have been in good enough health to not need a doctor in over 3 yrs I'm now considered a "new patient"! 3 to 4 weeks ridiculous! I could have understood 1 or 2, but come on! I paid for the Product with my VISA Card, I got a Confirmation that the card was charged, this is the 52nd day, no response from them, no watch, and they do not respond to phones or emails. i'm initiating a dispute with VISA and hope to get my money back, please beware of this website. After recently getting laid off, I searched job postings on CraigsList in the Phoenix area. I was interested in one posting for an Office Assistant - it looked really ligitimate, and responded via the "reply to" button. Rather than send them my actual resume, I first asked if they could let me know the major cross streets, because in this area, the job could be 40 or 50 miles away and still be in Phoenix. I worked at Cheddars for only a few weeks. I was treated very poorly by both my coworkers and my managers. The people eating there only see the incredibly low prices and not what goes on behind the scenes. I wont go into details but the location I worked at was the worst job I have ever had and I will never eat there again let alone work for them. Placed an order on January 11 for my son's party on the 29th. After three weeks, I still had not received my order. I sent two emails that were never answered. I received only part of my order today, Feb 3rd. Finally I was able to get a hold of someone through Live Chat who said I should have gotten an email when they shipped my stuff saying they had a system failure & that they were behind, voiding their promise to ship within 2 -4 business days. My Complaint Is about my salon manager . She is unfair and plays favorits twards other assosiates. I work for the goverment which pays me a check every two weeks. they send the checks out a couple of days prior to me getting them. I have been working and getting my pay for 17 years. The last one came the next week and now I am waiting again. i beleive the mailman is holding on because he see's me looking for my checks until he decides to deliver it which. I purchased two cans of Hanover soup, chicken pot pie soup. It was foul smelling and had nothing in but a piece of pasta about 1"in size floating around. nothing like the label no chicken no potatoes just pungent liquid and piece of pasta.. wrote to company and they did not even contact me about this fraud, it was so bad we had to trow out both cans of soup. this is a very inferior product and is just a fraud. would never purchase a Hanover product again.
