Not only was the room dirty, I had to wait over an hour after being put back into the room and finally Azmi Farag M.D. came into the room did not wash his hands or clean the area on my face being treated and walked into the room with bottle of botox already opened. I have been visiting the location listed below for a period of 3 months. During this time I have used AVI Food Systems vending machines for coffee on 5 separate occasions. At each of these times I was just trying for a cup of coffee or a Cappuccino only to get a cup of what was warm creamed water. I will be contacting my credit card and the BBB to be certain they are made aware of what appears to be shady dealings. This company sells air purifiers, car purifiers, etc. They scam you into buying the whole pkg then you have to recruit others to buy into it. When I received my pkg which cost 5000.00 they also charged me 11% sales tax, you don't charge sales tax when you have to charge sales tax again! I purchased a pair of Itasca Swamp Stalkers last year for my husband. They were very expensive, and he got one season out of them. He went to use them this year, and they are all dryrotted.
