Evert month I go into this pharmacy to pick up my medications. On Dec 1st 2010 I went in as usual to pick up my last repeat from my previous 3 month prescription and then handed in my next 3 month repeat from my doctor. Crappy prom dress - I purchased a $500 prom dress, It began to come apart before my daughter ever left the house for her senior prom. Twenty minutes after she arrived, it split down the back. I've bought a Vinotemp cooling unit and it broke down in less than a year so called in for service and spoke with a customer service rep Diane and she was rude, kept me on hold and then couldn't help! I had knee surgery October 20th. I filed my claim the following week. They sent me a letter requesting my physician's notes. My physician's admin sent the information. When I phoned AFLAC, they told me there was a income discrepancy between what I submitted & what the job submitted. I don't usually have a problem with dentists BUT this guy was brutal. I didn't give him a chance to pull the tooth I went in for. Before we got that far, he was grinding the novacaine (sp?) needle on my jaw bone, despite my OBVIOUS DISCOMFORT. Not only did he do it once, but then came back with another needle and was grinding on the lower jaw bone.
