Made a payment by bank to bank transfer to pay for a bicycle I ordered from this company. I was first told that the money never arrived, although my bank verified that it was deposited in the account I was given. Then I was to ask to check with with my bank because the money could not delivered for some technical difficulties. While processing a swimwear exchange, the company customer service department contacted me and asked for my credit card number so they could charge the return shipping cost. It raised a question in my mind because surely it was in their system since I had made the original purchase with it but I gave it to them. I bought not just one but TWO pairs of Timberland PRO work boots. They were not cheap (~$110 a pair) and were oil resistant, slip resistant, electrical shock resistant with steel toes. The soles disintegrated and cracked in multiple place all the way through. The upper leather and leather lace eyes were fine, but the soles were dangerous. I used them for construction work, hiking and walking around town and they should NOT have disintegrated and cracked. The rubber in the soles is clearly inferior.
