Went in for a consultation, went great. i asked dentist who i had to talk about making a payment plan and he told me the ladies at the front desk would help me. i went up front and we agreed on 200 day of surgery and 50 a month after. i signed a paper. after i left the office they called me and said that the dentist didnt agree on the payment plan. he now needed half down to start the surgery. ($600) yeah let me just pull THAT outta my ***. i showed up at 9 the next morning and wanted to speak to the dentist. guess what?!?!?! he wasnt there! he knew i couldnt come up with the 600 so he didnt bother showing up. oh, and i missed 3 days of working! I ordered for a free trial of Colopure Advance for $3.88 with auto shipments. I have never received & on the original terms, it stated that "you had to cancel auto shipments in 10 days of date of order". Todays date is 12-1-10 and I called the customer service # 1-877-292-3288. I waited on hold for 1 hour & 30 minutes. No one ever answered. I am going to have to put a stop pay on any transactions from this company from my bank or maybe even close out my account. I should have known better! read full review »

My mother passed away 11/27/10. I telephoned to let someone know and cancel her next appt. I asked if I could speak to someone at the Stockbridge office to personally let them know about my mom. They (Teresa) answered the phone and wanted to know if I was a doctor and that line was for doctors only and hung up on me before I could say a word! Order has not been shipped and it has been 23 days! The item was apparently on back order which was not indicated at the time of my order and they never informed of that until I called looking for my order 10 days later. There was a UPS tracking # for my order however it was for billing purposes only. When I called AGAIN to find out what was going on, they voided the UPS tracking number #. My order is still M.I.A. I ordered $215 from them in September 2009. Looks nice until you wear it. The silver comes off after wearing it, it is NOT 925 silver which they confirmed it is prior to ordering. Clean your stuff with silver dip, you will see the colour change. I confirmed with a jeweller that they are all plated. PLEASE, PLEASE everyone report them to Paypal. I reported them but it is too late as you have to report within 45 days. Paypal monitors it though and will check if there are any other complaints within 180 days. Very dissapointed in Omega's refusal to back their product here- even though they admit the product failure is due to their own design flaw!!. My one year old Seamaster Professional 300m was purchased new from an has been very carefully worn in rotation with several others. The simple failure of a small pin in the clasp requires a $265 additional investment to replace the clasp with one I'm told by my Authrized Dealer has been redsigned to address this design flaw!!! A line halter bridesmaid dress
I ordered a bridesmaid dress and paid extra for expedited shipping. Well it took 3 weeks, not 5 days. When I finally found out how to contact someone by email the informed me I could get a refund. That has not happened. There were 4 dresses ordered and all 4 were way too small and all had to be altered locally. The dress was beautiful but the rest of the service was horrible. Told that I only had 10 days from order to quit there program. The rep said there was a problem with my mailing address and therefore they would knock $20.00 off the price and would give me the next month free. Ordered their product which took a ridiculous 22 days and that was beyond their 14 day trial period. Trial period is not from the day you receive their product but from the day that you order the product. So there is no trial period. Can't locate or contact them to return the product and when you phone their 1-888-491-0328 number and try to get customer serice they state we are connecting you to sales, but no body answers and you can't leave a message. I went in for a Breast lift, paid 6, 650 and did not get good results at all. The scaring is terrible, the breast are still were they were from the beginning, the nipples are not shaped correctly, one breast is crooked and Dr. Cocco is not willing to fix it or reimburse me for anything. I have been trying to contact this company for the last two days to cancel contract-I have been put on hold for long periods of time, with no answer. I've called early mornings-10 am, then again in the evenings. I was placed on hold so long today(11-30-2010) until the recording said " call back during regular business hours". I ordered a Moncler jacket from this site. Moncler Chamonix for $495. The jacket was sent from China and is a fake. I can tell because I own 3 other Moncler jackets. The felt Moncler logo is noticeable different if you compare the real with this one. The certilogo does not check out. All the tags are slightly different when compared to the authentic items.
