So, I paid for their loyalty card where the $ you spend accumulate points which are redeemable for food etc. I went through the drive through on Oct 27, 2010 and stated I forgot my card. The resume service was a RIP OFF! - boiler plate text and not very responsive - After I sent an email complain about the tardy service I was promised prompt follow-up, which of course never happened!!. Several years ago the guy that owns this company was caught scamming numerous customers - basically taking large amounts of money for skydiving gift certificates that did not actually exist. Staff is discriminatory and uses their own personal biased to deny valid members access to the facilities. Had this occur on several occasions - new staff members behave as if the facility is their personal place of residence and use personal biased to deny members access regardless of whether a member has a valid membership. I contacted my bank who said their investigation showed that there was a fine print saying I would automatically be subscribed unless I notified them within five days.
