I have a problem with both DIETMAX & PROFITVAULT. I just called PROFITVAULT at their 877-874-1511 number and not only asked what the bogus charge was for, but also demanded my money back. I was looking for a specific brand of shampoo and conditioner that is not available here in Ontario, Canada so i decided to look for it online ...thats how i ended up on the Spiral Haircase Website, and what a mistake!! Purchased so called Ugg boots from Excellent Boots/Solar Footwear. Child wore boots very little and the sole separated from the boots. Called the official Ugg site and they said they have a liberal return policy and would most likely replace them even though they were not purchased directly from them. I sent them to Ugg and they returned them stating they were not manufactured by Ugg. In other words, "knockoffs." I then took them to a shoe repair place and they said they were not repairable. Just got a box Kraft Velveeta Cheese (used to use it on burgers, dogs, crackers, scrambled eggs grilled cheese sandwich and in a sauce on Pittsburg potatoes. It WON'T melt. My Bauer goalie skates are falling apart, and they're less than two years old! The hard plastic cowling around the boot, which is there to protect your foot from the puck, is cracking in more than one place. Bauer will sell you a new cowling, but the cost to buy it and get it installed is about the same cost as the skates were new! A better deal: buy someone else's skates.
