I have been a victim of Tony Russo since the end of July 2010 when I decided to order a pair of eyeglasses with prescription lenses and some contact lenses. Never buy this product Tried for about one month to get missing parts. Very poor customer service. Only response is looking in to product. How hard is it to send a part that could only work with your product. Never Never deal with this companys products. I went in to get my hair braided after seeing styles of braids on her website. When I got there Christine started to braid my hair and then confessed she was unable to braid hair, so with my hair in a shamble she took me else where to get it done. Yesterday (Sept 29, 2010) my daughter and I went to Arbys and used a breakfast combo coupon for a breakfast sandwich, hash browns, and coffee. It's funny that they advertise easy qualifying for credit or in house financing for dental work because they want you to be healthy and smile but in reality you don't get approved and in house just means you have to pay 60% of the entire cost of your particular service, which in my case was $5000.00 so i needed $3500 upfront.
