I made that mistake. The customer service was extremely poor before buying but I stupidly went ahead with a purchase. I purchased a defected pair of shoes off of her and after several attempts to get it resolved, and being well within my consumer rights, she has decided to totally ignore my emails. I am now seeking legal action to get it resolved. Don't be fooled by the cheap prices. By the time it goes through the checkout, the VAT bumps it back up in price to everywhere else. I went for a treatment on Sept 3, I think that was the Friday before the Labor weekend. It is unbelievable, there was a nurse that was drunk and she was there doing treatments early in the morning, you can literally smell her from far away!!! The company was supposed to steam a brand new never worn full length dress. Instead they washed the dress and by the looks of it when I tried to pick it up on 9/30, it looked as if they had put it in a washing machine, as it was crumpled and wrinkled beyond recognition.
