I had my lap band done with this company they said if I paid cash it will be $18, 000.00 for everything with 12 fills .I told them I had insurance so they said it will cover the charges they billed my insurance $120, 000.00 plus $350.00 for every fill plus Dr visits . As I do every year in July I renew my children's insurance. It's always a BIG hassle with tons of lost paperwork by Kidcare's great staff. Also btw, I always send all correspondence certified, return receipt requested due to this problem. My Oris Artelier Moonphase watch clasp opened with little provocation, until I was at a park and lock and took my jacket off and saw it fall from inside my sleeve to the ground destroying the crystal and scratching the stainless. They wanted $375 dollars to repair it, while claiming nothing was wrong with the clasp, though still under warranty. Should a watch come off when you take your jacket off? There is no safety clasp, perhaps it's an Oris faux pas, but World of Watches / Swiss Watch International should have fixed it no charge, or given me a new one. I signed up for the weightnot program with Reveal MedSpa in the Washington DC area. A few days later I had to move back to my hometown in Idaho to help with my mother who is ill. I did not use any of the services and called Reveal to request a refund. They said that they would refund my money. The charge was on June 28, 2010 and as of September 22, 2010 I have not seen any refund. I have called several times and was told that they are backed up and it should happen anyday. Stay away from LifeQuotes, Inc. If it sounds too good to be true, it is too good to be true. I know because I gave it a try. Yes, they will pay you $23 an hour for Talk Time but you will be taking incoming calls from customers who want to be transferred to their agent so you will be acting like a receptionist.
